About

Doc Depot is brought to you by the Oversight Project

What Documents Are Available?

Doc Depot stores documents that promote transparency and accountability in government, politics, lobbying, and other domains that are either publicly funded or seek to influence public policy.

Documents are organized by tags and collections. Tags are used to categorize documents by topic, while collections are used to group documents by source or theme. You can search for documents by tag or collection using the search and advanced search features.

Doc Depot does not store classified documents. Any government documents with markings related to access control have been cleared for release to the public.

We regularly update our collection of documents, so check back often for new documents.

How Do You Get Your Documents?

Documents are from multiple sources. Principal sources include the Oversight Project's industry-leading, large-scale FOIA operation, FOIA reading rooms, oversight reports released by governments and watchdog groups, and communications or legal documents related to transparency efforts.
